Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking view from my room's private balcony, overlooking the park filled with lush green hills and beautiful trees. The bed was large and comfy, but the room felt a bit impersonal, almost like a college dorm. Yet, it was spacious and had all I needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms suitable for tour groups, although lacking air conditioning. The service was subpar, with unhelpful staff when needed. The location, right near the park entrance, allows for easy exploration of the area. The dining options were limited and below expectations. However, the hotel provides a convenient base for visiting Plitvice Lakes.
The hotel is conveniently situated within Plitvice National Park, just a few minutes' walk from the lakes. The rooms are basic but clean and well-equipped, resembling dorm rooms. The service was attentive, offering assistance with transportation and local information. The dining options were satisfactory but could use improvement. Overall, a decent choice for a stay close to the park's entrance with some room for enhancements.
I chose this hotel mainly for its location near Plitvice Lakes, which was perfect for visiting the national park. The room was quite comfortable, but unfortunately didn't have air conditioning. The service was excellent, especially with help in adjusting my park ticket and professional interactions at the reception. The dining experience was below expectations, with dissapointing food offered. Despite the dated facilities and limited dining quality, the hotel's prime location for exploring the area was a significant advantage.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully located on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the park, perfect for enjoying sunsets and star-gazing. Although the decorations were sparse with few charging spots, the comfortable seating and superb view made up for it. The staff were friendly and generous, even providing bug spray for ants, and offering help with luggage and directions to the park. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the entrance to the park and ideal for exploring Plitvice. Dining had good choices but the breakfast time was a bit late for early risers. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor drawbacks.
After a very full day of hiking in this beautiful area, my stay at the hotel was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the lake. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, although a bit old, they quickly filled with mosquitos. The service was super-friendly and very helpful, suggesting the route we should take around the lakes. The location was outstanding, very close to Plitvice park, literally a couple of minutes walk to the entrance. The dining experience was satisfactory, the food offerings were adequate, considering there were no other options nearby. The facilities were great overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms offering a nice park view. Although the lack of air-conditioning was noted, the comfort and size of the room made up for it. The location right near the Plitvice National Park entrance was unbeatable for nature lovers.
My stay at Hotel Jezero was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious with a balcony, but the low ceilings made me feel like I was in a ghost town. The service was hit and miss – the staff tried to help us, but the smoke smell was off-putting. The brilliant location near Plitvice Lakes was the best thing, although the dining experience felt like a madhouse with mediocre food.
The hotel is perfectly situated near the entrance to Plitvice National Park, making it ideal for visitors. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony providing mesmerizing views of the surrounding nature. The service is helpful and professional, although there were some issues with congestion in the restaurant. The location couldn't be better for exploring the park, but the dining experience, especially during peak times, could be better. Overall, a great value for the stunning location.
